Monday
9.15am – 9.50am Studio Cycle

10:45am – 11:45am Soca Dancing
fun Caribbean dance class with easy moves to follow. All ages & abilities welcome (not inc membership)
6pm – 7pm BOOTCAMP*

Tuesday
11.15am – 12pm Babies & Barbells
Non walking babies welcome, play pen & bouncers, breastfeeding friendly. No child … NO PROBLEM, come along (not inc membership, booking essential)
12:45am – 2pm Open Circuit
Come in at any point in the time above and find a circuit laid out waiting for you. Instructor will be on hand to provide guidance where necessary. This can be done in 20, 30 or 45 minutes, you choose.
Wednesday
10.15am – 10.50am Legs Bums & Tums
Focusing on these parts of the body, toning and working your lower body
7pm – 8pm BOOTCAMP*

A fast paced class, that include anything from circuits, HIIT and using cardio equipment.
