Monday

9.15am – 9.50am Studio Cycle

A circuit style workout aimed to get your heart rates up & burn serious calories.

10.15am – 10.50am Legs Bums & Tums
Focusing on these parts of the body, toning and working your lower body

7pm – 8pm BOOTCAMP*

Friday

6.15am – 7am Fat Blast
A high intensity workout getting your heart rate up, from circuit based training to weights, body weight or HIIT style training. Every week is different

5.15pm – 5.50pm Studio Cycle

6pm – 6:40pm Studio Cycle

Saturday
